Il suo scopo è gestire la pianificazione del Territorio Comunale, curando l'aspetto edificatorio e urbanistico d'insieme
Pianificazione urbanistica comunale generale e attuativa, programmi di riqualificazione urbana, atti negoziali, procedimenti di approvazione di progetti che comportano l'effetto di variante agli strumenti di pianificazione territoriale e urbanistica, rilascio di autorizzazioni paesaggistiche, rilascio certificati di destinazione urbanistica.

Il Certificato di Destinazione Urbanistica certifica le prescrizioni urbanistiche di un'area secondo le norme del Piano Urbanistico vigente alla data di rilascio dello stesso.
Il procedimento di collaudo delle opere di urbanizzazione primaria e secondaria è di norma regolato dalla convenzione urbanistica.
Il Responsabile riceve esclusivamente solo per appuntamento il martedì mattina dalle ore 10.30 alle ore 12.30
