Richiesta di collaudo delle opere di urbanizzazione

Il procedimento di collaudo delle opere di urbanizzazione primaria e secondaria è di norma regolato dalla convenzione urbanistica.
Dopo la fine dei lavori delle opere di urbanizzazione, realizzate a seguito del relativo permesso di costruire e nell’ambito della convenzione urbanistica stipulata per l’attuazione di un Piano Urbanistico attuativo o di un progetto planivolumetrico convenzionato , il soggetto attuatore deve chiedere il collaudo delle opere di urbanizzazione realizzate prima che il Comune le prenda in carico.
Il richiedente può anche chiedere la funzionalità parziale delle stesse qualora la convenzione lo preveda.
La domanda di collaudo redatta sull’apposito modulo (con marca da bollo del valore vigente), sottoscritta dal soggetto attuatore o dal collaudatore e corredata dai documenti richiesti nel modulo stesso, deve essere presentata all'indirizzo PEC del Comune di San Martino in Rio sanmartinoinrio@cert.provincia.re.it
La domanda deve essere corredata dai documenti richiesti nel modulo e da una marca da bollo (del valore vigente).
